Interested in matching an award?

Contact the FCN chair, Gerry Nelms and confirm the non-profit being awarded our grant as well as the amount Gerry will get back to you to confirm your intention to match the grant by sending you a confirmation of intention form.  The form will also confirm the match as well as a release to use your name, to be used in any online or media announcement. Then, to do the match you can just use the one-time donation option on the donation page.
